Yoga helps children cope with stress, encourages them to get into fitness and develop social skills through human interaction and teamwork.

It can also improve confidence and self-esteem. Yoga is introduced to kids through games and easy-to-follow moves, and we teach them meditation with just a few minutes silence.

Mindfulness is the practice of focusing on the present moment, acknowledging feelings, sensations and awareness of the body.
