About:

Yoga helps children cope with stress, encourages them to get into fitness and develop social skills through human interaction and teamwork.

It can also improve confidence and self-esteem. Yoga is introduced to kids through games and easy-to-follow moves, and we teach them meditation with just a few minutes silence.

MINDFULNESS
In this challenging day and age of fast-paced technology, it is becoming increasing important to spend some time focusing on the mind, in order to achieve happiness and balance. Mindfulness is the practice of focusing on the present moment, acknowledging feelings, sensations and awareness of the body.
