SAORI weaving adventures for children brought to your school! Suitable for a range of group sizes, a SAORI weaving adventure actively engages students and encourages them to experience their own creativity first-hand.
A SAORI weaving adventure for students, from Prep through to secondary levels, is a classroom based activity where students learn about colour, yarn and cloth construction. This is an exciting opportunity for students to co-create a hand woven banner for their class and school. Every child has a hands-on experience as we bring a SAORI loom (or even two) to the classroom.
Please contact us to discuss this unique opportunity to work with your school in developing students’ individual creativity through SAORI free style hand weaving. Incursions primarily conducted in Melbourne metropolitan eastern region schools. Other areas by negotiation.
